Structure Specification
This unit is made up of unwind-up unit, take-up unit, wind-up unit and electrical unit etc.
Unwind-up Unit
It mainly includes: core plug and motor etc.
Core plug mainly makes the unwind-up film roll to be stable and running smoothly.
Unwind-up moving motor controls left and right moving of unwind-up shaft by left and right point pressbutton, which ensures the transverse position of film roll.
Take-up Unit
It is made up of take-up wheel and cutter.
1 Take-up wheel
It is made up of drive steel roller, driven steel roller, guide roller and drive system.
2 Cutter
It adjusts the slitting size according to the actual requirement from customer and confirms the width of product. It is set for three groups of cutters, whose position on the shaft could be adjusted.
3 Wind-up unit
It adopts back to back surface frication wind-up. When the length of wind-up reaches the set value, it will stop automatically. Cutting by hand, film roll laying after roll changing, restart motor, and then the whole production process is finished.
